Aqua Vista Penthouse – Sublime Interior Design

We are honoured to announce that Sublime Interior Design has been named a Finalist in the 2026 Georgie Awards for our Aqua Vista Penthouse project.

Perched above the waterfront, the Aqua Vista Penthouse was envisioned as a refined contemporary residence that balances luxury, comfort, and architectural clarity. The design embraces expansive views and natural light, creating a seamless connection between interior living spaces and the surrounding coastal landscape.

The interiors were thoughtfully curated to reflect understated elegance. A palette of natural stone, warm metals, textured woods, and tailored furnishings establishes a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Custom millwork, sculptural lighting, and carefully layered materials provide moments of visual interest while maintaining a calm, cohesive design language throughout the home.

Every element of the penthouse was designed with precision and intention—from the grand entry sequence to the tranquil private spaces—resulting in a residence that feels both elevated and deeply livable.
